Lorraine offers Energising Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga.
Her classes are accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability or background. Vinyasa flow classes are woven with theme and intention, to inspire and transform. Creative and intelligently sequenced, blending together mindful movement that is strengthening, sometimes dynamic, always fun. Yin classes place a strong focus on meridian theory and mindfulness. Restorative classes are calming and nurturing.
Lorraine also hosts regular workshops, offers 1-2-1 private sessions and specialises in corporate yoga classes.

VINYASA
Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. From the Sanskrit “to place in a special way,” vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow.
A Dynamic class is fast-paced moving with your breath to increase your heart rate and generate heat while building strength and flexibility.
A consistent Vinyasa practice can help you build muscle throughout the whole body.
A Gentle class is slow paced moving with your breath to reduce stress, while increasing strength and flexibility.
